Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Thai/Vietnamese fish sauce
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- 3 tbsp warm water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2-4 hot chillies (depending on your taste), thinly sliced
- fresh coriander
Combine all of the ingredients and divide between small bowls, depending on the number of guests!
