Sounds a bit like Avoca, always painfully hip. Will - I know that sandwich stall you're talking about, it looked great. My favourite stall in there is the sandwich shop (down the end of the fish area), which makes the tastiest sandwiches in Ireland and possibly the world. Looking forward to the restaurant reviews.
